Recruitment is an expensive and time consuming process. Capco wanted data to understand what underlying causes influence a candidate to have low performance or leave early.
Saberr analysed over 150 of Capco’s employees to gain a cross-section of the business. This data comprised behavioural profiles using the Big 5 framework and Saberr’s unique “resonance” data, which measures culture fit or social influence. To provide a record of what projects each employee had worked on, Capco provided Saberr with individual performance review data.
