The outcome

Clear correlations emerged between Saberr's behaviour and resonance and Capco's employee performance. A new hiring action plan was established to increase quality of hire through more informed interviewing and selection.

The challenge

Recruitment is an expensive and time consuming process. Capco wanted data to understand what underlying causes influence a candidate to have low performance or leave early.

Our action

Saberr analysed over 150 of Capco’s employees to gain a cross-section of the business. This data comprised behavioural profiles using the Big 5 framework and Saberr’s unique “resonance” data, which measures culture fit or social influence. To provide a record of what projects each employee had worked on, Capco provided Saberr with individual performance review data.

The outcome

Saberr correctly predicted a 20% increased employee performance across the company by identifying superior resourcing strategies for team assignment and hiring.
