Our Action

Saberr were challenged to to use their Team Optimisation Tool to predict which team would generate the most innovative idea.

The outcome

Saberr predicted the teams that generated the maximum business impact with 100% accuracy.

The challenge

Coca-Cola had the challenge of increasing the level of innovation within the company. To do so they asked a grassroots entrepreneurial organisation, Startup Weekend, to run an internal event with 76 of Coke’s employees in their headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.

Our action

Saberr were challenged to use their Team Optimisation Tool to predict which team would generate the winning idea. Saberr had no knowledge of the skills, experience or demographic of the individuals involved or any knowledge of the ideas the teams were working on.

The outcome

Saberr predicted the teams that had the maximum business impact.

The first prediction received the maximum prize a $25,000 innovation budget and were told to execute on their idea.

Received 2nd tier prize of $5,000 and the opportunity to pitch to an internal Coke board.

Received 3rd tier prize and were requested to pitch their idea to the same internal Coke board.
